New York, May 2009 - Lea Ceramiche is to take part in the 21st edition of ICFF the International Contemporary Furniture Fair - between May 16th and 19th, the most important event for the promotion of design in the United States and North America, gathering the entire world of design and furniture under its roof, when it will show the excellence of the Italian ceramic industry.
Taking part in ICFF for the first time is a significant move for Lea Ceramiche, one that demonstrates its ongoing focus on design and its intention to promote ceramics, the result of its constant commitment to research into technology and style. The company has decided to present its top collections to the general public at ICFF in an exhibition designed by Lea Ceramiche, highlighting the firms ability to bring the most sophisticated designs to life using its technological know how. The stand will display a selection of the Progetto L14, Studies, New Decors, Streets, Slimtech, Storm, Basaltina Stone Project and Bioessenze collections, each with its own particular style and technique.
Lea Ceramiche collections will also be used for covering part of the Ceramic Tiles of Italy stand, designed by Studio De Lucchi to promote the industry with the support of Confindustria Ceramica. Alternating inserts of Progetto L14, Basaltina Stone Project and Bioessenze will cover the floors and walls, while two focus display walls will showcase the top of the range design collections, alongside the large sizes of Slimtech and Basaltina Stone Project.
Lea Ceramiche, one of the most successful manufacturers of ceramic floor and wall tiles, is displaying its ongoing focus, quest for style and developments in technology for the first time at ICFF, showing the American public how it brings these features together in its products, already well known for their high quality and excellence.
